Job descriptionAt least 7 years of relevant experience. Experience in software development, including scripting and automation (e.g., Go or Python). Knowledge of system administration and effective server‑environment management. Understanding of infrastructure architecture and experience with cloud‑based and on‑premises solutions. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (Malaysia)
TechTiera Corporation is looking for an experienced DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure on GCP using Terraform and GKE.
- Develop and optimize systems for ultra‑low latency and real‑time transaction processing.
- Implement autoscaling, high availability, and fault‑tolerance for backend and odds‑engine systems.
- Set up robust CI / CD pipelines for automated deployment and delivery.
- Build observability stacks for performance monitoring, tracing, and alerting.
- Act as a cost guardian, optimizing cloud resource usage and infrastructure spend.
- Collaborate with backend and platform teams to ensure reliable and secure deployments.
- Drive incident response, post‑mortems, and performance tuning for production systems.
- Contribute to internal tools and automation using Go and shell scripting.
