Responsibilities

• Responsible for validating work requests in the CMMS system (SAP), converting them into work orders, and updating the system after job completion.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance (PM), time-based maintenance (TBM), lubrication maintenance (LM), and condition-based maintenance (CBM) as per schedule.
• Collect and analyze work request data from the system and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Maintain equipment history cards and ensure timely recording of maintenance activities.
• Plan, monitor, and execute annual shutdowns, daily maintenance, breakdown repairs, modifications, and piping works.
• Perform maintenance related to instruments and electrical systems.
• Implement vibration condition monitoring and laser alignment effectively.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and follow up with vendors for mechanical repairs.
• Supervise maintenance work by internal teams and contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
• Manage tools inventory and spares in workshop and stores.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, FSSC, HACCP, ISO 50001) and other relevant standards.
• Prepare shutdown and failure analysis reports.
• Plan and execute CAPEX projects efficiently.
• Support improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, productivity, and cost savings, collaborating with production teams.
• Coordinate non-destructive testing (NDT) and welding inspections.
• Advise on TPM / Kaizen activities and develop shop floor team ideas for continuous improvement.
• Organize departmental and shop floor meetings.
• Serve as internal auditor for ISO standards.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, occupational health, safety, and legal requirements for all team members.
