Responsibilities
- Manage Employee Life cycle processed as per approved guidelines :
Initiate Hire and creating employee profile in system
Process Job change transaction in system such as Reporting change, organisation change, confirmation, promotion, transferIssue transactional lettersProcesses various electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, termination of employment, etc.Inputs employee personal data into human resources information / computer system (HRIS) database and / or documents activities as requested.Manage complex queries thru Case Management system for daily operation
Manage and maintain e-filing management system
Support seniors and team lead as and when required
Requirements
Possess at least a STPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business studies / Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.Preferably someone with 1-3 years related experience in shared service environment under HR function.Demonstrates knowledge or experience in human resources and cases management system such as SAP / Workday.Hand on experience in human resources software such as HRIS.Demonstrate effective and stable interpersonal relationship with internal and external parties.Detail-orientated and meticulous.Fluent in English. Proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin would be an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
