QA Section Head

Supervise and guide QA inspectors in daily quality control activities and to meet schedules.

Ensure incoming, in-process, and final inspections are carried out according to procedures.

Review production schedules and related information and plan and determine the quality control support.

Ensure adequate training (skill-based) to support production needs.

Responsible for the end-month stock take for the Quality Department.

Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement (specific skills & competencies required)

• At least SPM / Diploma in Engineering or relevant qualification.
• 5 years and above of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or similar role.
• Supervisory experience in managing QA inspectors & admin.
• Knowledge of inspection techniques and measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO standards.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Computer proficiency in MS office applications.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with cross-functional teams.
