What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities in Malaysia, working closely with hiring managers and our Singapore HQ to attract and hire top talent. Your role will also include light-touch HR support, especially in onboarding and local coordination.

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and success profiles
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across tech, consulting, corporate, and delivery roles
  • Craft compelling job ads and run creative, targeted sourcing campaigns
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews while ensuring a stellar candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in our ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Champion our brand in the market – whether on LinkedIn or in-person events
  • Leverage internal tools such as Athena HR (our AI-powered assistant) and smart workflows to speed up recruitment and automate routine tasks
  • Contribute to projects that improve our hiring efficiency, diversity, and data insights
  • Track market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent intelligence across the region
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires in Malaysia.
  • Assist with local HR operations, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and HQ on HR-related matters when required.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally within tech, consulting, or fast-growing environments.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, with experience hiring across different functions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and coordinating across time zones.
  • Familiarity with Malaysia employment practices is a plus.
