Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field. –2 years' experience in procurement / sourcing (manufacturing preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong negotiation, planning & organizational skills. Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Must be able to speak & write Mandarin (to liaise with China suppliers).
What You'll Do :
- Source and negotiate with local & overseas suppliers.
- Drive cost savings through price negotiation and localization.
- Coordinate with Sales & Engineering on parts approval and vendor qualification.
- Prepare and calculate Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately for project costing.
- Maintain accurate purchase and inventory records.
- Track purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
