What You’ll Do
Conduct regular market visits to top outlets and ensure daily sales targets are met across assigned areas.
Achieve volume goals by category / product and maintain productivity standards, including timely payment collection.
Drive RED activation standards in outlets and foster a culture of excellence in execution.
Lead and support the Sales Merchandiser and CCRM teams, manage route planning, asset placement, and promotional activities.
Build strong customer relationships, ensure compliance with company policies, and submit timely reports for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Minimum STPM / Diploma / Degree-A level.
Preferably 2-5 years’ experience relevant experience in FMCG or any other related field.
Effective communication skills and good proficiency in languages.
Good supervisory and coaching skills.
Strong customer collaboration skill and able to build effective relationships with trade.
Must be able to travel within the assigned region.
