/ divisional finance officer consumer officer role responsible for overall Consumer Lines financial and portfolio analysis, including financial analysis & reporting, budgeting & forecasting, and cost management. Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting : Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement; prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to stakeholders. Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts; monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations. Business Support : Collaborate with the Business Team to evaluate financial implications of strategies and initiatives; provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making. Cost Management : Analyze costs and expenses to identify areas for optimization and efficiency; partner with department heads to ensure cost control and alignment with financial goals. Strategic Insights : Conduct market and industry research to support planning and strategy; identify risks and opportunities and propose actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes. Process Improvement : Streamline financial processes and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency; implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting; perform any other tasks assigned. Highly analytical Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Qlik View proficiency a plus Advanced Excel features including charts and pivot tables Ability to demonstrate credibility and influence among stakeholders Ability to work independently on moderately to highly complex assignments Experience

5 to 7+ years Insurance experience, preferably in a business, analytics or financial management role Fluency in English; good communication and negotiation skills Ability to work with a large and diverse group of stakeholders; flexibility to work across multiple time zones Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, Actuarial Science, Insurance or related field Seniority level
