Customer Service Executive (Penang / PJ / Pasir Gudang)
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, export / import bookings, and shipment documentation.
- Coordinate with operations, vessel planning, and depot teams for smooth shipment flow.
- Prepare and verify Bills of Lading (B / L) and delivery documentation.
- Arrange and monitor trucking, container haulage, and final delivery.
- Liaise with transporters, depots, and customs brokers for on-time service.
