This is an Individual Contributor role that supports various bp businesses with a range of sourcing, contracting and supplier performance management activities.

Key Accountabilities

• Support and handle end-to-end sourcing and contracting projects as requested by the business.
• Case Management – Receive, implement and continuously manage multiple project requests via the Case Management tool.
• Sourcing Strategy – Gather and analyze market intelligence data, develop sourcing strategies, and secure approvals.
• Supplier Prequalification – Perform supplier screening / prequalification and monitor process status per guidelines.
• Event Management – Support supplier selection, lead supplier interactions, coordinate bid evaluation, and award recommendation.
• Contracting – Resolve appropriate contract templates, negotiate terms with suppliers within legal and category parameters.
• Contract Operationalization – Operationalize the contract upon award in the company’s tools and systems.
