Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails related to flight inquiries.
Assist customers with flight ticket bookings, amendments, and refund requests .
Provide accurate information and support to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Deliver professional and friendly customer service to clients in the travel industry.
Serve as the first point of contact to resolve customer issues or complaints.
Handle inbound calls, including urgent or sensitive matters, with professionalism.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
Respond to customer emails with clear, accurate, and empathetic communication.
Requirements
Open to working on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong time management and a proactive mindset to exceed performance expectations.
Excellent communication, logical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
Tech-savvy, able to navigate multiple systems, and quick to learn new tools.
Proficient in Mandarin with basic English skills, to effectively support our diverse customer base and stakeholders.
