Role Overview :

We're looking for a passionate Community Engagement Specialist to help us build a thriving community around our platform. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a start-up that's not just about business, but about making a real difference in women's lives. You will play a key role in organizing events, engaging with our users during the BETA launch, and spreading awareness about the power of AI in wealth management. If you're passionate about community building and want to help women take control of their financial futures, this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do :

  • Organize impactful events—online and offline—to connect with women in the community and promote financial empowerment.
  • Assist in the BETA launch of our platform, helping to engage users, gather feedback, and build a strong community.
  • Help educate women about wealth opportunities, such as AI digital banking, investment tools, and financial literacy.
  • Foster a community of women who are eager to learn and grow their financial knowledge, particularly in the area of AI technology.
  • Develop community-driven campaigns that inspire, motivate, and provide actionable financial advice to women.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the user experience and engagement, with a special focus on women and their financial needs.

What We're Looking For :

  • 1-2 years of experience in community building or event management, preferably with a focus on empowering women or working in similar industries.
  • A people-centric individual with a passion for engaging and connecting with others, especially women.
  • Event planning experience—comfortable organizing and leading both online and offline events.
  • A strong desire to educate women and help them access and understand financial opportunities, especially in AI technology and investment.
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to engage and inspire others effectively.

    • Bonus Points If You Have :

  • Experience with community platforms (e.g., Slack, Discord, etc.).
  • Knowledge or interest in AI, Fintech, or Wealth-tech industries.
  • Social media marketing or content creation skills to help raise awareness and grow the community.
  • A deep understanding or passion for financial empowerment and bridging the wealth gap for women.
