prepare monthly billings & send statements of accounts
issue official receipts and maintain daily collection reports;
ensure all collections are banked-in on a daily basis;
maintain proper accounting records
ensure all service providers / utility bills / invoices are received based on services provided;
prepare payment vouchers and issuance of cheques;
prepare full set of management accounts on a monthly basis;
assist in all administration work as and when necessary;
