Internship - E-Commerce Operation Assistant

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with all aspects of the e-commerce operations. Must be able to read & speak in Malay, Chinese & English. This intern role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Packing & Shipping : Accurately pack products according to order requirements and prepare them for shipment.
• Stock Management : Check and organize inventory, ensuring stock levels are updated and discrepancies reported.
• Order Processing : Print bills, invoices, and shipping labels using the company system.
• Quality Control : Inspect products for defects before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Warehouse Maintenance : Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe for operations.
• Team Collaboration : Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
