Senior Sales Manager CGIU (Network Solution)

This role requires a results‑driven sales professional with deep telecom domain expertise, skilled in driving both direct and partner‑led sales across CSPs and Enterprise customers, through collaborative, value‑oriented engagement and disciplined sales execution within a multi‑country territory.
You will report to the Regional Sales Director – ASEAN, Japan & Korea, CGIU, who leads Oracle Communications’ Networking Solutions business across the broader region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct and indirect sales of Oracle Communications Networking Solutions to enterprise customers and key service providers across Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.
- Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets for product (hardware, license) and first‑year maintenance, ensuring sustainable growth across the territory.
- Develop, manage, and expand strategic customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to address business challenges and propose solutions aligned with customer roadmaps.
- Prospect proactively to build and maintain a robust pipeline, increasing awareness and market penetration for Oracle Communications’ Networking Solutions portfolio.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle— from opportunity identification, qualification, value articulation, and solution positioning to pricing, negotiation, contracting, and successful deal closure.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts through cross‑sell and upsell of advanced and complementary solutions.
- Engage and manage partner relationships—including System Integrators, Resellers, and Distributors—to drive indirect business and broaden Oracle’s market reach.
- Collaborate closely with presales, consulting, product management and product marketing to craft tailored presentations, proposals, and value propositions that address customer needs.
- Coordinate with other Oracle lines of business to leverage synergies, identify joint opportunities within the Oracle installed base, and maximize overall account value.
- Maintain deep understanding of Oracle Communications products, competitors, and industry trends, ensuring the ability to articulate technical and commercial differentiation.
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and sales reporting to regional leadership, maintaining full compliance with Oracle’s internal governance and business conduct standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business or related field (advanced degree preferred).7+ years of direct sales experience in the telecommunications or networking domain, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.Proven experience selling to service providers and large enterprises across Southeast Asia, preferably in Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, or Laos, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer landscapes.Deep business and technical acumen, with the ability to connect technology capabilities to customer business drivers, transformation priorities, and strategic outcomes.Demonstrated success managing full sales cycles independently— from opportunity identification & stakeholder engagement through to negotiation, closure and beyond.Experience leading direct customer engagements including C‑level discussions, technology presentations, solution workshops, and commercial negotiations.Strong experience engaging with end customers and partners within the Unified Communications, Contact Center, and broader telecom network domains.Expertise in networking technologies, including Cloud Native 5G Core, Converged Policy, Signaling / Control Plane (3G / LTE / 5G SA‑NSA), and Session Border Controllers (SBC) for Access, Interconnect, IMS / VoLTE, and Session Delivery for CCaaS / UCaaS.Collaborative mindset and adaptability to work effectively with presales, alliance & channels, sales operations, product management and marketing in a matrixed team environment.Ability to navigate complex business situations and competitive landscapes, with knowledge of major industry competitors such as Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE, Ribbon, and AudioCodes.Outstanding presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders.Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory as required.Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating within a large, global technology or telecommunication provider.Familiarity with Oracle Communications Networking Solutions portfolio or equivalent competitor offerings.Demonstrated success working through both partner and channel ecosystems to drive revenue.What We Offer
