Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial strategies. Ensure timely submission of tax filings and maintain compliance with local regulations. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management. Support audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth processes. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure team efficiency. Drive process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy. Profile

A successful Accounts Manager should have : A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience working in the professional services industry is advantageous. Job Offer
