Training period
Duration : 1 monthMonday to Friday : 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (including a total of 1.5 hours for breakfast and lunch)Saturday : 8 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (including a total of 1.5 hours for breakfast and lunch)l Format : Online sessions covering product knowledge, sales skills, and software trainingl Service Fees : 4000 Malaysian Ringgit (including training subsidy of 3700 Malaysian Ringgit + subsidy of 300 Malaysian Ringgit)Service provide started(After training)
To provide flexibility and ensure fair compensation, the company offers :
1、Plan A : Service Fee with Growth Incentives(Totaling up to a maximum of 5,500 Malaysian Ringgit / month)
From Monday to Saturday, dedicate a total of 240 minutes daily to client communication. Upon successful completion and acceptance, a monthly service fee of 3,200 Malaysian Ringgit will be providedSuccessfully develop 5 new clients in a month to earn an additional 2,300 Malaysian Ringgit per month2、Plan B : Performance-Based Service Fee(with no cap on earnings)
Comprehensively calculated based on monthly service performance, output, and client follow-up outcomesAlong with the customer resources provided by the company and support to ensure effort is properly rewarded
The monthly service fee will be calculated based on the higher value of the two plans, ensuring earnings from proactive client development while encouraging the pursuit of higher sales performance
About equipment :
To ensure the smooth progress of training and subsequent services, according to the characteristics of the independent contractor cooperation model, a dual-screen computer is requiredIf a dual-screen computer is unavailable, offline services can be provided at the Kuala Lumpur service location, where temporary seating and computer equipment will be made available for use as neededSkills
