UX Writer – Content Designer

You’ll join our Design team, reporting directly into Head of Design, and collaborate across multiple teams. Our team is spread between Asia and Europe. You’re welcome to work remotely from select countries, with at least 4 hours overlap with the people you’d be working closely with. Due to the asynchronous nature of working that Goodnotes has adopted, any time difference will not impact your work-life balance.

About the role :

You’ll support our content design / UX writing function as an essential part of our product development and design processes. In collaboration with product managers, designers, researchers, and the marketing team, your role will be to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances the intuitive and engaging experience of our products.

What you’ll do :

• Create design solutions to solve user problems, enhance the user experience, and achieve business goals
• Write user-facing copy that helps people understand our features and get the most out of Goodnotes
• Help us come up with new names and terms for products and tools
• Refine and update content design guidelines
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and user needs
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, often with varying scopes and timelines
