Job description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Online Bidding & Lead Generation

Generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Fiverr, etc.
Write effective project proposals and customize bids based on client requirements.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Management

Interact with international clients to understand project needs and pitch suitable solutions.

Conduct video / voice calls, follow-ups, and maintain regular communication.

3. Proposal & Documentation

Prepare business proposals, project estimates, scope documentation, and other client‑facing materials.

Ensure clarity in technical and commercial terms.

4. Market Research & Strategy

Identify new markets and client segments.

Keep track of platform algorithm changes and bidding trends.

5. Revenue Growth

Drive consistent closure of projects and meet monthly / quarterly sales targets.

Upsell additional services based on client needs (SEO, web development, etc.).

6. Coordination & Reporting

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and closed deals.

Required Skills :

2–3 years of experience in online bidding and business development in IT or digital marketing domain.

Strong experience in Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, or other freelance platforms.

Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Proficiency in client interaction, requirement gathering, and relationship building.

Basic understanding of IT services such as websites, apps, SEO, social media, etc.

Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Job Type : Full‑time

Pay : RM1,652.51 – RM5,000.00 per month
