Job description

Job Scope & Responsibilities :

  • Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, QC, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Supervise machine operators and ensure proper utilization of stamping presses, CNC machines, and other related equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S practices, and company policies.
  • Monitor material usage and minimize wastage in production.
  • Prepare and review production reports (output, downtime, rejection rate, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Support new product development, tooling setup, and trial runs.
  • Train and guide operators to enhance skill levels and productivity.
  • Continuously improve production processes through Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen practices.

Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a metal stamping / manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of stamping press machines, CNC, tooling, and jig / fixture setup.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, or other quality systems is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with ERP system will be beneficial.

    Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
