As a Lifestyle Manager on our Overnight Team, you’ll work with high-net-worth members across APAC, using your creativity, resourcefulness, and cultural knowledge to deliver world-class service — whether that’s securing last-minute travel arrangements, sourcing sold-out concert tickets, or recommending the perfect birthday dinner spot in Hong Kong.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as a trusted advisor for our premium members — delivering personalized assistance across dining, travel, entertainment, retail, and lifestyle needs.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with members via phone, chat, and email.
• Handle and resolve complex, high-touch requests with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Proactively recommend services and experiences aligned with member preferences and past usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and follow-up on every request.
• Translate and localize member communications where needed (Mandarin / Cantonese).
• Maintain strong documentation in our internal CRM systems.

This position is a full-time 40-hrs per week role on a shift basis, The right candidate needs to be flexible in offering their services between the hours of 10 : 00pm-7 : 00am local time, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays.

Remote role in Malaysia, and we consider the candidates who has right to work in Malaysia.
