We're Hiring : Asset Manager

(Korean Language Experts)

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Type : Full-Time

Join our team to deliver

Asset Management services

  • . You'll be the key contact for clients, ensuring accurate Install Base (IB) data and smooth lifecycle management of hardware and software assets.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain customer IB data.
  • Lead onboarding and reconciliation of asset data.
  • Identify discrepancies and support MACD activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service coverage alignment.

    • What You'll Need

  • Fluency in

    • Korean

  • Strong Excel skills; experience with

    • Tableau / Power BI

  • 4+ years in customer engagement; 2+ years in IB / Data Management.
  • Bachelor's degree;

    • CCNA

    , ITIL, HAM / SAM preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
