Accountant

Responsibility

• Handle Full Set Account (Account Receivables & Payables). Managing all aspects of a company's financial records, including recording, processing, and reporting financial transactions
• Prepare Quotation and Invoice for Client
• Check Receive Payment from Client / Customer
• Manage Payroll and any Related to Human Resources Duties
• Prepare Report for E-Commerce Sales and Commission
• Manage Petty Cash
• Prepare Payment Voucher and Process Payment
• Handle Full set of Tax Related (e.g : SST)
• Ensure proper maintenance of document and filing to support all accounting entries
• Independent in finalization of monthly management accounts for review, analysis and evaluation.
• Liaise with Auditor, Tax Agent on matter relating to auditor Tax and Statutory requirements.
