Who We’re Looking For

  • Holds a Degree in Pharmacy, is registered with the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Board, and qualifies for License A
  • Friendly, communicative, and comfortable engaging with diverse clients, including young families
  • Passionate about the pharmacy profession and excited about community-based care
  • Open to working weekends and public holidays
  • Welcomes applications from fresh graduates and those new to retail – training will be provided!

Your Key Responsibilities

Customer-Centric Care

  • Assess and address customer health and wellness needs, particularly in areas of pharmacy and baby care
  • Conduct basic health screenings and provide personalized counseling
  • Offer guidance on medication management to improve overall health outcomes
  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and make tailored health supplement recommendations

    • Operational Efficiency

  • Support daily operations, ensuring customer service excellence
  • Assist in managing stock, including conducting inventory counts and handling product orders
  • Keep inventory records up-to-date and ensure stock availability to meet customer demands
  • Maintain safe storage and reduce product wastage according to company guidelines

    • Team and Promotion

  • Coach and mentor new team members, sharing knowledge of both pharmacy and baby product lines
  • Communicate promotions effectively to customers, enhancing their shopping experience and awareness of our diverse offerings

    • Professional Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold industry standards
  • Keep detailed, accurate records, including prescription and poison book logs
