Job descriptionMinimum Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a multi-outlet retail or F&B management role Strong knowledge of Halal regulations and practices is required Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. As we expand our Halal-certified retail network, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Area Manager to lead and support a cluster of outlets, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with Halal standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple Halal retail outlets
- Ensure strict compliance with Halal, food safety, and company SOPs
- Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction , and overall outlet efficiency
- Coach and lead a team of supervisors and retail staff to meet and service standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor outlet conditions, inventory, and staff performance
- Identify training needs and implement development plans for team members
- Handle manpower planning, scheduling, and recruitment support
- Review sales reports, operational feedback, and provide improvement strategies
- Serve as a key liaison between outlets, Head Office, and regulatory bodies
- Support new store openings and operational rollouts as needed
