Responsibilities

• Organize, lead and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth activities.
• Analyze & identify pain points & opportunities in collaboration with our teams in Southeast Asia to conduct external analysis of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive positions (e.g. market segmentation and opportunity sizing) to derive findings and recommendations & strategize execution accordingly.
• Evaluate proposals & initiatives of project owners, and category managers to ensure necessary budget, returns requirements, and business rationales are met
• Manage project planning, reporting, and promotion. This includes but is not limited to promoting projects, monitoring project progress, managing targets and budgets, controlling budget progress, and reviewing project results. Projects are subject to business requirements.
• Collaborate with other functional teams to promote the optimization of governance, strategy, data and product teams.
