Job descriptionDegree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field. Preferably with more than 10 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, organize, implement, lead, and supervise day‑to‑day production activities. Experience in implementing ISO / HACCP & GMP is an advantage. Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of production, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and maintenance activities in the factory.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Implement and review staff efficiency and factory performance in accordance with KPI targets and budget.
- Plan, organize, implement and monitor factory policies to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Ensure strict compliance with production procedures and safety requirements.
- Establish service standards to meet customer requirements and drive continuous improvement.
