About The Role
This role will own and be responsible for engagement across the Asianparent social media channels.
Job Scopes
Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X / Twitter.Build and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns.Track and analyze KPIs (engagement rate, CTR, follower growth, leads generated).Optimize content based on analytics and audience insights.Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships.Manage online communities, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.Support crisis communication and maintain brand reputation online.Core Skills
Content strategy & calendar planning.Advanced copywriting (brand tone, storytelling, call‑to‑action writing).Performance analytics & reporting (Google Analytics, native platform insights).Basic SEO & hashtag strategy for organic reach.Community management & reputation handling.Collaboration with design, commercial, community, and influencer teams.Short‑form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva Pro).Fluent in Malay and English.Tools to Showcase
Content & Scheduling : Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite.Design & Editing : Canva, CapCut.Analytics : native platform insights.Nice‑to‑Have (for next‑level growth)
