We are looking for a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Malaysia and lead our online retail operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and driving business growth in a competitive market.
As a Senior E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store(s) across multiple platforms, developing e-commerce strategies, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing and operations to ensure that our digital presence is aligned with our overall business goals.
Key Responsibility Area - Support Ecommerce Execution and Conversion
- Develop the e-Commerce strategy and plans in order to meet sales objectives.
- Set up and manage everyday activities on marketplace stores – TikTok, Shopee and Lazada.
- Drive the growth of existing e-commerce business to help maximize its potential.
- Identify new opportunities and scale up overall sales growth.
- Create the network of online Resellers and sell through them for accelerated online sales development.
- Work collaboratively with marketing team for the optimization of all customer acquisition channels (including Organic and Paid Social, Performance ads etc).
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and product listings are maintained on the e-commerce platform.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues related to product availability or delivery.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance, trends, and customer insights for senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to e-commerce strategies and website functionalities.
- Offer any adhoc support to the country manager / as advised.
Mandatory Experience and Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.Experience : 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a fast-paced, online retail environment.Must Technical Skills : Proficiency with e-commerce platforms - TikTok, Shopee and Lazada. Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and Google Analytics, SEM tools, and digital marketing platforms will be advantageous.Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Malay is a must).Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.Customer-Centric : A passion for creating outstanding customer experiences and optimizing the online shopping journey.What you’ll get in return
