Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance, monitor revenue targets, and implement initiatives to optimize restaurant profitability.
  • Provide excellent food quality and service to maximize outlet profitability.
  • Handle cash and online payments accurately, perform daily sales reconciliation, and ensure compliance with transaction procedures.
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave, attitude, and performance.
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and managing staff.
  • Manage overall outlet and daily operations within budgeted guidelines and standards.
  • Identify customer needs and respond proactively to concerns.
  • Purchase goods and make necessary improvements.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Report sales results and productivity to management.
  • Lead the team by recruiting, training, and appraising personnel.
  • Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Foster open communication and teamwork, emphasizing motivation and ownership.

Job Requirements

  • Languages : Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Malaysian or Permanent Resident.
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience managing QSR, counter service, or cafes.
  • Strong leadership skills in daily outlet operations, team supervision, inventory control, and adherence to SOPs and standards.
