Position : ELV Design (Sr.) Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and implementation of ELV systems (including ICT infrastructure, Structured Cabling System, Network System, Security System (TVRA, CCTV, ACS, FIDS, VMS, ISMS etc), Video Conference System) for data centers. This includes managing design consultants, reviewing detailed design documents, managing the bidding work, reviewing tender documents and materials.
• Provide technical support and liaison with international clients throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate should be familiar with overseas clients’ cabling infrastructure design & construction requirements, especially for the underground duct bank, Secure Trunking, Cable Basket, Fiber Runner, POE, telco manhole coordination.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and other relevant departments to resolve technical issues on-site.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in ELV technology and assess the application potential of new technologies in projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Preferred : Familiar with the BMS system, BA system and Fire Alarm System.
• Preferred : Familiar with Construction standards (e.g., testing standards, process standards, acceptance documentation requirements).
• Preferred : Research and implement intelligent data center automation solutions, focusing on building a robust and efficient monitoring system, customizing electrical and HVAC control systems, minimizing manual intervention, and maximizing automated system operation.
