About the role Zone Designworks (JB Office) is seeking skilled I ntermediate and Senior Project Architects to join our growing team in Johor. As a full-time Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of architectural projects, collaborating closely with our clients and multidisciplinary design teams.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Coordinate with the client, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage project budgets and timelines to deliver projects within established constraints
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction activities to ensure quality and compliance
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers
• Contribute to the growth and development of the design team and the practice
