Job description

Requirements

  • Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Update internal operation procedures document as needed.
  • To provide services to customer or supplier if needed.
  • Proceed with purchase order and keep track on supplier delivery.
  • Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed.
  • Perform general administrative such as filing & controlling documents.
  • Assist manager or director in document preparation.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling administration duties, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing e-mail.
  • Organize and manage all tax reports, statements and document.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
  • Generate day to day transaction and monthly report.
  • Undertake other duties assigned by superior.
