Requirements
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Update internal operation procedures document as needed.
- To provide services to customer or supplier if needed.
- Proceed with purchase order and keep track on supplier delivery.
- Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed.
- Perform general administrative such as filing & controlling documents.
- Assist manager or director in document preparation.
- Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market.
Responsibilities
Responsible for handling administration duties, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing e-mail.Organize and manage all tax reports, statements and document.Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.Generate day to day transaction and monthly report.Undertake other duties assigned by superior.Benefits
