LSR Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Experience with setting up molds and SILICONE PROCESS for injection molding machines and automated equipment.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance of all LSR machinery, equipment and systems.
• Monitor and correct efficiencies of processes.
• Train employees on jobs and perform machine / mold setups.
• Troubleshoot process and machine issues and repair / correct findings.
• Implement and maintain SIM (Scientific Injection Molding) where appropriate.
• Pull, clean, measure screws and barrels as required – maintaining updated / accurate database.
• Develop and manage validation protocols and reports (IQ / OQ / PQ) and provide objective evidence that equipment, processes, test methods, and product meet requirements and are compliant with regulations.
• Generate and maintain documentation for all internal manufacturing processes.
• Prepare reports timely and accurately as required.
• Carry out any other duties and job functions when required by superior or persons acting on behalf of the Company.

Academic Requirement :

Diploma and above in LSR Molding / Plastic Injection Molding or related field.

Office Hours : Monday - Friday

9.00am to 5.00pm
