Job descriptionOversee all operational aspects of the branch, implementing effective systems and processes to ensure efficient service delivery. Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to achieve business targets. Establish compliance frameworks aligned with Malaysian regulations and company governance standards. Leverage deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to develop market-specific solutions. Build relationships with Microsoft ecosystem partners to enhance solution offerings and create competitive advantages. Guide technical teams in solution development and implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and business value. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing multicultural team aligned with company values. Foster an entrepreneurial culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and performance excellence. Implement effective performance management systems to drive team development and retention. Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations. Serve as the primary liaison between headquarters and the Malaysia branch, ensuring effective communication. Represent the company with clients, partners, and the broader business community. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Professional fluency in English (assessment required during interview process). Professional fluency in the local languages of Malaysia. Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in sales, implementation, or solution management roles. Proven track record of 3+ years in leadership positions, preferably in cross-cultural environments. Demonstrated experience in business development, preferably in the Southeast Asian market. Experience establishing new business units or leading entrepreneurial initiatives

About the position :
The General Manager will establish and lead our new branch in Malaysia, developing strategic business initiatives while building a strong local presence in the Southeast Asian market. The ideal candidate will combine Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O expertise with entrepreneurial leadership to drive business growth in alignment with our global vision.
Job Task :
Strategic Leadership & Business Development :
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies for the Malaysia branch, ensuring alignment with headquarters while adapting to local market conditions.
- Identify and cultivate market opportunities throughout Southeast Asia, establishing a robust client network to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Represent the company in key industry forums and develop strategic partnerships to enhance market positioning.
