Job description

Lead or Assist Lead Developer for projects.

Evaluating team members for quaterly performance

Lead the development of scalable web applications using modern frameworks and tools, while guiding junior developers and optimizing development workflows.

Design, develop, and optimize applications using , , and Laravel.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Participate in the architectural designs of systems and applications.

Contribute to high level decision-making regarding frameworks, platforms and design patterns

Lead or actively participate in software development projects from concept to delivery

Provide accurate estimate and timelines for tasks and deliverables.

Oversee code quality, conduct reviews, and enforce best practices via GitHub.

Build and maintain Dockerized environments for development and deployment.

Collaborate closely with system analysts and UI / UX designers to ensure functionality and design alignment.

Troubleshoot complex application issues and implement performance enhancements.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and codebase standardization.

To invlove in Web and / or Mobile Application Development.

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards

Develop and execute unit and integration tests

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues

Monitor, analyze and improve performance of existing applications

Provide level 2 or 3 support for application issues and perform root cause analysis

Prepare and maintain documentation for code, systems and processes.
