- Troubleshoot, install, and maintain equipment to ensure reliable performance.
- Deliver training, product demonstrations, and field evaluations for customers and distributors.
- Act as the link between local teams, distributors, and global support for complex cases.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and regional business growth through consistent service and follow-up.
