Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
• Guide and mentor technical and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft’s best practices and Success by Design framework.
• Engage with client stakeholders to align solutions with business outcomes.
• Support pre‑sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and user adoption strategies.
