About the Company :

As a Portfolio Manager at CHAGEE Malaysia, you will play a vital role in expanding and managing our franchise business. You will be responsible for supporting our franchisees, ensuring they adhere to company standards, and driving the success of our franchise network.

Responsibilities :

Managing and engaging with franchisees, offering guidance on operational issues, business growth strategies, and compliance with brand standards.
Support the recruitment process for new franchisees, participate in interviews, and evaluate potential candidates.
Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.
Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring all terms are clear and compliant with legal standards.
Manage lease renewals, extensions, and terminations.
Main point of contact for all Leasing & Franchise matters .

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in franchise & leasing management, business development, or a similar role. Experience in the F&B industry is preferred.

Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills, adapt at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.

Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally.

Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.

In-depth understanding of franchise operations and business models.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel to franchise locations as needed.
