• Customer Service Executive (Branch Operations)
• To assist CSOM to monitor daily branch operation activities
• To assist branch for defending CASA positions & to assist in new account opening target
• To promote & cross sales Banks product
• Assist CSOM to ensure the daily operation activities comply with the Banks SOP, to assist to complete the branch monthly RCSA & to reply on HO enquiry within the TAT
• Any other duties as and when required by CSOM & Branch Manager
