Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Previous experience in sales admin or support roles, preferably in fitness / equipment industry.
- Fast learner with adaptability to tools and internal systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
Sales & Quotation SupportPrepare accurate sales quotations based on client requirements (products, pricing, and terms).Collaborate with the sales team and clients to collect necessary info for layouts and quotation prep.Track order progress and assist with delivery scheduling and updates.Customer Relationship ManagementRespond promptly to customer inquiries with professional product support.Maintain positive client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for client meetings.Administrative & Operations SupportProvide day-to-day administrative assistance including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery of equipment.Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to manage stock.Generate reports to support sales and management review.Benefits
