Software Tester

Perform functional, integration, and regression software testing on applications and document any glitches or bugs encountered.

Conduct defect fix meetings with the development team to track and update the progress of defect resolutions.

Log, track, and report defects before UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Go-Live.

Confirm the stability, full functionality, and performance of the final product before UAT and Go-Live.

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Business Analyst, Account Managers, and technical team during Go-Live to ensure a smooth rollout of solutions to customers.

Support the Project Manager in team retrospectives and Sprint reviews.

Work closely with the Quality Assurance Analyst to improve test documentation (test plans, test strategies, and test cases) and streamline QA process standards.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in software testing or software development in an Agile / Scrum environment.

Familiarity with the software testing lifecycle.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Focused, observant, and possess excellent analytical skills for identifying and resolving errors or bugs.

Strong adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced organization.

Ability to work well within a team, staying engaged and focused.

Good to Have Requirements :

Familiarity with Java web applications and technologies.

Experience in creating test cases.

Creative thinking and the ability to provide constructive feedback.

Knowledge of innovative testing methods or approaches to improving application quality.
