We are looking for an innovative Product Lead to take charge of shaping our B2C e-commerce platforms (WordPress / WooCommerce) while supporting the B2B Product Manager on internal systems and integrations.
This is a remote position focused on designing and improving our customer-facing digital experience. In this role, you will play a key part in improving how customers browse, buy, and engage with our products. You’ll make sure the website runs smoothly, supports future growth, and works well across all teams involved in design, marketing, operations, and development.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2C E-Commerce Product Ownership
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our WooCommerce website, including UX / UI optimization, product listings, checkout, and omnichannel integrations.
- Partner with marketing, design, and operations to ensure product features and user journeys are optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Lead growth experiments and continuous improvements to enhance customer conversion and retention.
2. Internal Systems & Integrations
Collaborate with and support the B2B Product Manager to ensure deliverables are aligned with business goals and effectively executed.Work with the IT team and developers on internal system enhancements, ensuring sales, invoicing, inventory, and business account workflows remain efficient.Gather requirements, prioritize needs, and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful e-commerce platform integrations.Stay accountable for business outcomes by ensuring system initiatives support overall product goals and deliver measurable results.3. Cross-Functional Product Delivery
Translate business goals into clear product priorities and execution plans, collaborating with IT, retail, marketing, and operations teams.Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and testing with internal and external development partners.Guide developers to ensure alignment between business requirements, technical implementation, and user experience goals.Share progress, insights, and recommendations with stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.Define and track KPIs for e-commerce and internal systems to measure performance and customer journeys.Use customer insights, competitive benchmarks, and market research to refine product roadmaps.Promote experimentation, iteration, and customer-focused design thinking across initiatives.5. Team Development & Enablement
Coach and support product and development team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and release standards.Encourage knowledge sharing and build stronger product management practices across the team.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Management within e-commerce, retail, or digital product environments.Hands‑on experience with WooCommerce and exposure to ERP / CRM systems, including integrations across sales, operations, and inventory.Proven ability to manage full product lifecycles using data‑driven and design‑thinking methodologies.Experience collaborating with or leading developers in product delivery cycles.Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and backlog management.Strong communication and leadership skills to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.Passion for retail and delivering great customer experiences, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.Seniority level
