The Opportunity :
We are seeking a highly capable Associate Manager to support the execution of key strategic initiatives across the region, aligned with global objectives. This role will act as a regional expert, providing critical local insights to ensure the effective implementation and adoption of global systems and processes. By understanding the unique needs of the region, the Associate Manager will help bridge global strategy with local execution, driving alignment and operational success.
The People & Culture Technology Associate Manager is responsible for the management and optimization of Mattel’s People (HR) Systems (Workday + local applications) to meet organizational needs and strategic objectives. This role will support various Workday HCM business systems and provide escalated tier support of issues and various project initiatives.
This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to provide support on all aspects of People Systems including core HCM, time tracking, absence, advanced compensation, talent and reporting modules as well as supporting various local People Technology / Payroll applications.
Reports directly into the Director of People Technology.
