Part-Time Data Entry Clerk – Work Remotely

Job Summary :

Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing various types of data into our systems and databases. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible, remote work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Accurately enter and update data in internal systems and spreadsheets.

Review data for discrepancies and correct any errors found.

Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Generate routine reports and summaries from data sets as requested.

Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus).

Excellent typing speed (minimum of 45 WPM) with a high level of accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

Experience :

Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar clerical role is preferred but not required.

On-the-job training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Working Hours :
