As a Senior Supply & Demand Planner, you’ll balance customer demand with production realities by turning forecasts into actionable plans, mitigating supply risks, and ensuring on-time delivery. Your expertise will keep materials, capacity, and commitments aligned—driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business success.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer demand (orders and forecasts) into accurate supply plans using Infor, ensuring alignment with master planning.
  • Act as a key customer liaison for all delivery and supply chain-related matters.
  • Confirm demand plans and communicate delivery commitments to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for demand changes, highlight risks, and implement mitigation actions for material and capacity issues.
  • Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and demand planning processes.
  • Review, track, and report demand fluctuations to proactively address risks.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual terms (lead times, MoQ, pricing agreements).
  • Release production and shipment orders, ensuring smooth order-to-cash execution.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management on supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide junior planners to strengthen the planning function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in demand / supply planning, production planning, or supply chain management (EMS / electronics manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Infor experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of managing complex customer accounts and supply chain challenges independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and solution-driven, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Leadership qualities to guide and mentor junior team members.
