The Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Metrology Technician (Quality)

Responsibilities

• Familiar with all measurement items in each process and know the control and specification limits.
• Use related metrology tools to create recipes and measure parameters to check process or product performance and stability.
• Implement MCA tests for related metrology tools as planned and output data for basic analysis, including accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility; check process or product performance and stability.
• Familiar with SPC control rules and related RFC documents.
• Implement measurements for special requirements, e.g. process tool qualification, process DOE, improvement projects.
• Prepare quality reports according to the measurement data.
• Check, calibrate and clean metrology equipment regularly, and execute 5S.
• Assist inline processes in handling related measurement issues.
