Overview

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging content formats, and influencer best practices to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant.
  • Work closely with influencers to understand their unique style and audience, ensuring a good fit for our campaigns.
  • Provide creative direction and generate content ideas that align with both influencers’ personal brands and our campaign goals.
  • Identify and evaluate potential influencers for collaboration opportunities.
  • Oversee the execution of content campaigns, ensuring that influencer-generated content meets quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, offering guidance and support throughout the campaign process.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer content, leveraging insights to refine and enhance future content strategies.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
