Prepare quotations, pricing strategies, and support project bids for Malaysia sales and dealer partners.Provide quotation and design support for Singapore when needed to balance workload or meet critical timelines.Support Sales with presentations, RFP / RFI responses, client pitches, and solution design.Collaborate with Sales Support Team to ensure alignment of standards and solution accuracy.Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Drawing, Operations, OFT, SPQ) to ensure all deliverables — including quotations, drawings, and pricing packages — are completed accurately and on time.Engage with customers to clarify project requirements and interpret floor plans.Apply market-specific pricing and compile detailed project quotations.Calculate logistics costs and review proposals for accuracy.Maintain quotation records and provide post-installation drawing support.Who You Are
You are a proactive and detail-driven professional with strong technical and design expertise. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working across teams to deliver high-quality proposals and solutions that meet client expectations. You have a customer-first mindset and can manage multiple requests under tight timelines.
Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in quotation tools such as Hedberg, Excel, and Quest (in-house system).Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Drafting expertise using specification tools like PCON and AutoCAD (Revit & SketchUp are beneficial).Strong design skills to assess workspace ergonomics and apply Steelcase product knowledge.Knowledge of power and data infrastructure and distribution systems.Familiarity with BIFMA, IAQ, ISO, and LEED standards.Ability to interpret customer requirements and influence solution direction.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery.Must have : AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.Education & Experience
At least 2–3 years of working experience in pre-sales support, preferably in office furniture or a similar industry.Who We Are
