Responsibilities

FOL / SEM - QC : Able to perform all QC Gates and monitors. Hands-on experience in SEM, Wire Bond, Die Attach, Monitors, 3rd optical, SMT would be an added advantage. Perform FOL monthly product characteristic monitor. EOL - QC : Able to perform all QC Gates and monitors. Hands-on experience in Trim and Form, X-Ray, Pick and Place, Strip Visual, Final Visual, Packing, CSAM would be an added advantage. Familiarity in decap procedure would be an added advantage. Perform EOL monthly product characteristic monitor. Final Test - QC : Hands-on experience in Final Visual, Packing, X-Ray, Pick and Place; computer knowledge would be an added advantage. Qualifications & Requirements

Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of a diploma from a recognized institution Able to work 12 hours rotating shift Willing to wear jumpsuit, face mask, ear plug and use microscope while working Good team player Additional Information
